Note that the historical narrative regarding the OOH, OOH&P, and AMOS in the first section is written the way it is intentionally do the historical uncertainty surrounding these bodies. I will be writing a far more detailed historical section wherein I go into details on this history based on a treasure trove of old newspaper articles I have found. The basic issue is that it is not clear whether the OOH&P is truly a legal successor to OOH or whether it was simply inspired by it (I will cite sources supporting both theories). While this connection is unclear, there is a clear lineal connection between OOH&P and AMOS because AMOS' present day Supreme Sanctorum is the direct legal successor of the OOH&P's Supreme Orient and AMOS' Supreme Sanctorum numbers its annual sessions from the 1901 founding of OOH&P / Supreme Orient (except the two years Supreme Sanctorum didn't meet due to World War I). Please wait for me to type out this more extensive history involving OOH, OOH&P, IOM, PKOS, VPB, AMOC, etc. I will be creating a separate section of the history for each since so much material is available which sheds way more light on the history of these groups than is currently captured in the article. Please bear with me since it's going to take me a little while to go through the over 100 newspaper articles I now have available to write up this history.
