Neutral or rather against both the current name and the proposed name in this RM. I'd rather say, until the renaming of the HYD-DEL AP express to Telangana Express is official, this article should rather be names as Visakhapatnam – New Delhi Andhra Pradesh Express which is more appropriate than the proposed new name.

I have moved this article for now to the current title to prevent any more further disruptions and also to prevent any confusions amongst the readers. Let us keep it in the current title and once the old AP express is officially renamed, that article has to first be moved to Telangana Express and this article to Andhra Pradesh Express. This has to be done in the same order and there should be no copy-paste.
