Added 'multi-volume' to treatise, as per woodworking magazine's article on him, can't recall how many volumes it covered ,but I seem to recall 16 volumes.ThuranX 03:18, 13 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

poorly written: needs paragraph breaks, editing; also miscategorized[edit]

this entry is painful to read, but read it i did -- because i thought i might learn something about woodworking history, and Roubo.

clearly, some editing is necessary -- to add paragraph breaks, check grammar, and remove repetitions -- or, better yet, to identify this correctly as an entry on carriage-making, because it is really not about Roubo at all. in fact, it reads like an introduction to another work entirely (or a too-literal translation from another language).

in any case, it's so dreadfully written that i can't imagine another person making it through to the end without giving up. i barely made it myself.
