Um... really?[edit]

I am not sure the "what Andy giveth, Bill taketh away" story is correctly framed.

The complaint was that, as Intel chips got faster, Microsoft operating software got ever more bloated, so that the expected better performance from the faster chips never materialised. Andy giveth (processing power) and Bill taketh it away (with ever more laggy software).
