Marriage officers[edit]

Dear Madam, my name is CJ van Heerden. I am a marriage officer in KZN for about 22 years. In meetings with DHA we always get told that we MO's do an important service and it relieves pressure off DHA. I have tried all over to contact someone about the shortage of DHA 30 Marriage register books. I am without a book for 3 months. In places people haven't had books for more than a year.
