WikiProject Biography Assessment Drive

The article may be improved by following the WikiProject Biography 11 easy steps to producing at least a B article. -- Yamara 08:45, 7 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The "11 easy steps" aren't there at that link (any more). Wastrel Way (talk) 16:52, 19 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

"ecdysiast"?[edit]

Good lord, just call her a stripper and get it over with. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.67.93.133 (talk) 00:40, 1 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

how about stripteaser. less perjorative--Work permit (talk) 00:50, 1 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Such a claim, now matter how phrased, is not acceptable unless it is accompanied with citations, which the article entirely lacks. Please tread very carefully. Xihr (talk) 04:53, 1 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

References[edit]

The article is now referenced, so I removed the tag. --Work permit (talk) 02:17, 2 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

IMDB Filmography[edit]

IMDB is a reliable source for filmography. wp:Citing_IMDb#Acceptable_usage--Work permit (talk) 07:07, 3 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

There are many Wikipedians who would disagree with you. Even if what you say were true, listing it in a separate section as the sole element of a list of "Sources" is not acceptable; if you think that IMDb citations are acceptable, then they should be included on a citation-by-citation basis, and we can discuss them there. Xihr (talk) 07:17, 3 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
And many would agree with me. Anyay, there are multiple sources in this article, would you prefer I list out all the sources used in the reference section in the source section, so imdb is not sitting there alone? I'm happy to do so. By the way, I used another source to fix an incorrect entry in the article..her first movie was The touch of her Flesh, and it was shot in 1967, NOT 1965--Work permit (talk) 07:28, 3 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I moved it anyway--Work permit (talk) 21:34, 3 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I have a copy of "The Touch of Her Flesh." That ain't Pettyjohn. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.10.116.76 (talk) 05:38, 8 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
