Inacuracy[edit]

The commune of Franceville was neither a real government nor did it "govern" more than a small part of the New Hebrides. It certainly did not "suspend the constitution" of the JNC.122.59.73.31 (talk) 10:15, 18 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
