Untitled[edit]

Why was my edit with the severely needed warning about bad foundations being put in by Del Webb, against the recomendations of their own engineers, removed?

It is factual and included a citation.

Homes in Anthem are being built on expansive soil, with foundations that are not capable of withstanding any movement.

Please see http://www.phoenixnewtimes.com/Issues/2006-03-16/news/feature.html

This article also appeared in print.

Anyone considering moving to Anthem needs to know more than the PR fluff presented on the current page.

  • It's not encyclopedic. The New Times always likes inflamattory topics. Either add something that is objective and source it, or don't include it in external links. "Expansive soil" isn't just a problem in Anthem. Wikibofh(talk) 03:16, 11 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • I am removing the Del Webb redirection to Pulte Homes inasmuch as the Pulte Homes article has nary a word about Del Webb. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.211.146.204 (talk) 20:25, 2 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

NPOV[edit]

A large number of edits have been made by a user calling themselves "Anthemhoa", and I believe them to be associated with the city, creating a conflict of interest. The page needs to be rewritten in order to make the page more neutral... Paris1127 (talk) 05:28, 12 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I tried clean it up a bit. Reorganized, added citations where possible, added new/corrected info based on citations, removed OR, and also removed unsourced claims (those for which I could not find a reliable source) and extraneous/unrelated info. --Brycehughes (talk) 18:52, 11 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
