One problem would seem to be that a quick google search turns up two obviously different professional adult model/dancer/actresses named "April Flowers", neither of which seems likely to have been involved in anything in 1961. That suggests that there are and have been probably a large number of women with that name, even if you specify only adult entertainers, which suggests that without any way of distinguishing them, this particular woman can only be a note in an article about George Ratterman.
