According to Wikipedia:MUSIC#Criteria for musicians and ensembles, I think this article at least conforms to the following criterion:

1. Has been the subject of multiple, non-trivial, published works appearing in sources that are reliable, not self-published, and are independent from the musician or ensemble itself:

As appeared in references section and also the press page at their website (Like BBC Persian, Underground Empire, Music Waves, etc.)

7. Has become one of the most prominent representatives of a notable style or the most prominent of the local scene of a city:

Rock music is rare in Iran. Check out this review about the band as referring to the band: "Metal from Iran? Arashk with their album Yell have the spirit of their country ahead." --Moon1965 (talk) 08:44, 15 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
