Deletion[edit]

I propose deleting this article and merging the information into Ottoman Armenian casualties, or viceversa, depending on overall consensus. Also I think there should be ommission of any information written by Yusuf Halaçoğlu, as he is a well known revisionist. --Vitilsky (talk) 00:21, 12 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Done what? A merge is not a deletion of all content - but that is what you have done. No content from this article was merged into the Ottoman Armenian casualties article. The topics also seem different. Armenian casualties during World War I theoretically includes all countries and regions inhabited by Armenians, the other article is specific to just Armenian citizens of the Ottoman Empire. I have reversed this "merge" because it was not a merge given that no content was merged, and because the merge proposal was stale and was incorrectly done (there were no merge proposal tags placed on both articles). Tiptoethrutheminefield (talk) 15:15, 2 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
