Préfecture of Pas-de-Calais[edit]

There is a little problem, because Calais is cited as the préfecture of the Pas-de-Calais département in the list below. It is Arras actually. But I don't know how it can be changed... --unsigned by 90.7.8.151 at 16:42, 16 December 2006

This seems to be fixed. I'm marking it as  Done. --BjKa (talk) 08:28, 15 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Churches[edit]

There has been some activity on the page recently regarding the Abbey and the old pre-Revolutionary Cathedral; the two were not the same and were built on sites on opposite sides of town. (The old Cathedral was somewhere west of the Baudimont neighborhood; the new Cathedral is near the Prefecture.) It is therefore completely consistent to say that the Cathedral was demolished in the Revolution and that the Abbey was dismantled at another time. --Hubacelgrand 23:24, 18 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • Best not to search Google for web pages...as most are crap. instead look for shclorlly publications ...Google books has lots.

Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL

Frankly, this entire article has a ton of problems and always had. Peter K Burian (talk) 21:23, 9 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
