I propose that this page is redirected to arrest, as "arrest without warrant" is just a legal term, and nothing here would not be covered in arrest. ninety:one 14:48, 26 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Does anyone have any objections? ninety:one 14:19, 17 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I think it deserves its own page so it doesn't get ignored. It may just be a legal term, but it is substantially different from a normal arrest. Pascal (talk) 20:03, 2 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose- I think this needs to be dealt with separately. In New Zealand law, an "arrest without warrant" is a distinctly different legal process to a court issued "warrant to arrest". It is not just a legal term, but an intervention that occurs at a different point in the policing process. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 06:46, 22 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
