i don't understand the relevance of having the MP's definition included here. It doesn't enhance the article. it confuses things.

E.g. when was "Article 19" founded?

Links to article19.org are no longer valid. Is Article19.org still operational or defunct? DLH 16:49, 19 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
