I was expecting that too (not because of solar letters, I dont know anything about that tbh, more due to the inconsistent transliteration pattern of his name) but surprisingly that's the spelling both Amanat and Behrooz use. It is not a matter of using Arabic names in Iran, Persian follows Arabic grammar in such cases. For example, it is Naser ad-Din Shah, not Naser al-Din Shah, although the wiki page for him uses the latter. I think someone should fix these names, they are definitely wrong.
