Overall the article is pretty good, though I do have the following issues:

  • "The Asia League Ice Hockey (ALH) is" I don't think that original 'the' is needed. Might look right at first but i know we don't say "the major league baseball" so i imagine it works the same way here.
    Good idea. I've removed those.
  • "At the end of the playoffs every year the winner is awarded The Championship Trophy." Seems odd that the trophy link just goes to trophy. Is The Championship Trophy its actual name? If so perhaps an article should be made there instead of the redirect.
    As I said in an above section, I can't seem to find an English name for the cup, other than "The Championship Trophy". Asia League doesn't always translate everything into English. They only translate about half of the press releases they put out each year. If Anyang Halla were to win the cup this year, we might get more info on it as they are really good about putting out about 90% of their stuff in English. I chose Championship Trophy because it was actually capitalized in one source as opposed to the other sources which had a reference to it in small letters.
  • The history section might be better split into 2 or 3 sections, though if you disagree then I won't push it.

    Okay. I'll see if I can find a nice break point and insert some headers.
  • "The league was formed after the collapse of both the Japanese and Korean ice hockey leagues" This seems to contradict the lead, where Japan just had declining popularity.
  • "Fans voted on their favorite players and coaches. The most popular vote was for the forward position on the Blue Orion which received over 45,000 votes" Any particular person who got the most votes? A name may be nice even though most of these people are redlinked.
  • You bring up the uneven schedules a lot. Are there any sources that note this as a problem? I'm not aware of any major leagues where schedules are exactly even. It's nice to note, but it's nothing out of the ordinary. Or do you mean that some teams are playing more games overall than others? I'm reading it as the former, and if it's meant to be the letter tweak the wordings to note this.
  • Kengo Itoh and Kengo Ito are both used; stick with one.
  • "The Cranes came out on top again as they had two years previous." A little confusing as to waht you mean; reword.
  • "After that the regular season takes place, which lasts for several months dependent on the schedule." When does it typically start and end, i.e. could you give a month? If it's that various that you can't then nevermind, though perhaps that's worthy of a mention in and of itself.
  • I'd find someone to do a copyedit of the article. I found quite a bit to fix and copyediting's usually my weak spot.

  • Thanks, let me try to address some of these.
  1. I guess one has been described as a collapse, and one as being "dissolved". I'll change that to reflect it.
  2. The vote was select 3 of 4 to play on the line. 1 did receive the most votes, so I can put his name in there.
  3. The league's schedule has been in constant flux since its formation until the last couple years where its finally been evened out and all teams play each other equally. Unlike the NHL which is a massive league and teams play those in their division more frequently there are no kinds of divisions like that in the ALH, so I thought it should be pointed out that the teams didn't play each other equally then like they do now. The league has always implied that the japanese teams were stronger than the other teams (by allowing the other teams more imports), so I thought it should be pointed out that the way that uneven schedule was always created was to reduce the amount of times the other teams played against the japanese teams.
  4. Ah, the award name. Yes. This is an interesting one. The reliable source spells his name "Ito" but his jersey has it spelled "Itoh". I don't know if he's changed the spelling or they just misspelled it back then. I thought I'd changed them all, but missed one.
  5. fixed that one.
  6. With the schedule constantly in flux, ranging from 30 to 42 games it has been all over the place. Even this year and last year where they had the same schedule for the first time, they started early this year because of the olympics. I'll check the dates to see if I can find anything to make a statement on about it.
  7. Is there a noticeboard I can post on for that?

Additional remarks

Small remarks about the table "Asia League Champions":

  • Why is it in reverse chronological order? WP:LIST is not clear about this, and it is no reason to fail GA, but you might want to think about the order. (The usual reason for this is that the latest results "feel" more important, but that may be minor WP:RECENTISM.)
  • The odd rows have a different color than the even rows. If the only purpose of this is to improve the visual aspect of the table, I would remove it. The way it is now, it may suggest that the odd years were different from the even years in some aspect (rules, status of the league, whatever). If this is the case, explain it somewhere, if not, rethink if you need the colors.

  • One more detail: if you want to make this article a Featured Article, you should change the references to alhockey.com. Now you have "publisher=Alhockey.com", but it should be "work=Alhockey.com|publisher=Asia League Ice Hockey".
