Reverted questionable edits[edit]

Shortly after nominating this article for deletion User:DBigXray excised most of the material in the article. I think this kind of edit is questionable. WP:Wikipedia is not a battleground. Those who nominate articles for deletion almost always leave the articles alone, at least until the AFD is over.

Editing during the discussion period implies the article can be made to measure up to our standards -- in which case it should not have been nominated for deletion.

I restored the deleted material. Geo Swan (talk) 01:30, 8 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

explanation[edit]

In this edit another contributor removed the image of the small trailer where captives had their Combatant Status Review Tribunal, with the edit summary "Office for the Administrative Review of Detained Enemy Combatants: how is this stock photo relevant?"

Al Khalaqi sat in that chair, during his first OARDEC hearing, in 2004. The photo is next to the section on his hearing. The photo adds information to the reader about the hearing. I am curious as to why the exciser is disputing its relevance. Perhaps they could return here, and explain themselves more fully? Geo Swan (talk) 17:43, 14 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
