Should be article for assault and battery as the crime[edit]

By default, a search for "assault and battery" should not bring up this disambig page. The other uses as song titles are not notable enough. As this is likely a frequently searched term, we do not want to confuse and disappoint users with a lousy disambig page. In other words, the current disambig page degrades the quality of Wikipedia. The solution is to have "assault and battery" be a page about the crime but that includes a "see also" at the top that the user can click to see the current disambig page.
