oxymoron?[edit]

If commercial paper is defined as an unsecured promissory note (with a fixed maturity of no more than 270 days), wouldn't the phrase "asset-backed commercial paper" be an oxymoron?Terry Thorgaard (talk) 22:27, 3 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
