Mapping[edit]

Can someone give a good meaning for the term "mapping" in this context? Mapping is a disambig page that gives gene mapping which doesn't seem quite what is wanted. Something more explicit here would be good. Melcombe (talk) 13:23, 16 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
