I disagree with the removal of the link to the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics Chandra X-ray Center's website simply because that part is called a "blog". There is no blanket ban on sites that are self-described as blogs. [1] explicitly allows "blogs" to be referenced in cases such as this where it is not about a controversial topic, matter of interpretation, or living person. It also states that self-published material may be acceptable when produced by an established expert on the topic of the article whose work in the relevant field has previously been published by reliable third-party publications. The "blog" text and video ([2]) were created by Joe DePasquale who is a professional science image processor working for the Chandra X-ray Center. He has a bunch of academic papers on the analysis of Chandra X-ray astronomy data e.g. [3]. Astronomyblog (talk) 12:01, 12 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
