Notes[edit]

Athene is a legitimate internet celebrity with millions of views on his videos. Attempts to create a legit wiki entry have been repeatedly blocked for no valid reason. Let's give this article some time to be developed.

If there are multiple independent sources to back up your claim I would be very interested in helping you make this article. Jon513 (talk) 18:33, 13 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, I just learned of this guy Athene (see e.g. http://youtube.com/watch?v=AY5tM_U5VVw .) His youtube's get like millions of views each. So I went onto wikipedia to learn about him, and he has no entry! Come on wikipedia, give us the information we want. --Quckedit12 (talk) 23:52, 27 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

That was one of the funniest videos I have seen in a while, but it is still not multiple independent reliable sources. Jon513 (talk) 00:02, 28 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Google Athene, what do you see? Athene the legitimate internet celebrity that generates 500,000 to 1,300,000 views for 3 videos a week. I do not see anything about owls or British composer John Tavener. There are so many nobodies that get Wiki pages dedicated to them, but Athene doesn't? Something wrong is happening here.Saxonhamish (talk) 08:47, 13 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

LA Times Article, how much more do you fascist admins want? http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/webscout/2008/05/youll-pardon-th.html —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.69.117.68 (talk) 15:39, 9 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, Athene is very notable, one of the biggest youtube hits ever, warrants an article--84.197.139.77 (talk) 21:43, 10 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm pretty sure that LA Times doesn't count. It is an LA Times Blog. Electricbassguy (talk) 11:11, 11 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

There was an article about them in Het Laatste Nieuws, the biggest newspaper in Belgium, as well as in Het Nieuwsblad and De Standaard and plenty of other newspapers and magazines. These three newspapers alone have a combined circulation of over 600,000... still not notable enough? (talk) 12:19, 20 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Article in De standaard [[1]] (About Athene) Article in Het Laatste Nieuws [2] (about Athene and Tania) Also, their videos on youtube have been viewed over 55 million times.--Lamadude (talk) 12:21, 20 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It's 2012, and still no biography page on him? What's wikipedia doing? His Theory of Everything has over 1 million hits on YouTube, I expected some page of him here unless I missed something. His real name is Chirem Boumaaza, by the way.IAdmiral (talk) 05:49, 1 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Don't keep waiting for another editor to write it: write it yourself. Lone boatman (talk) 05:51, 1 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please improve Athene's article, Bachir_Boumaaza, with reliable sources so that it becomes a permanent article. alby13 (talk) 05:35, 15 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Athene's Theory of Everything[edit]

WTF? a few years ago i came to wikipedia to find out stuff about CHiren Boumaza or whatever his name is, and I found it and it was a good enough article. But now, that his Theory of everything is everywhere, there's no article? C'mon, this is an encyclopedia, right? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Admmak (talkcontribs) 23:07, 24 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I would comment on this subject, but the various editors of Wikipedia seem to have me censured, without adequate explanation, under any related article of-which I make a talk page contribution regarding. I risk my entire Wikipedia account simply stating this. 24.251.168.136 (talk) 13:33, 21 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
