I rated this a Stub-class article because it is barebones, because there is a very basic description of the geography section and a standard demographics section to work with; a small section on the pronounciation of the city is good, so there is something here to work with. This article is depraved of a good history section, and sections on economy, culture/media (local festivals, for example), government, and maybe even education and sports/recreation/parks.

I rated this a Low-importance article because of its small size and relative anonymity on an international scale.
