I have question about user:atomicparnk recent edit to this page. I looks as though they are just removing negative information about their company. I have no stand on the information it self however, to self edit such is not in good form. I have reverted the edit twice as well as posted the following to the user talk page:

I have questions about the NPOV problems that are come up when you edit a entry about a company you are clearly a part. This is a even greater problem being it is to remove negative information about your company. I a change is in order please bring it to the talk page of the entry before changing it again. What are other peoples thoughts on this issue of a company self editing the page about them??TheRanger 20:17, 21 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, I wasn't trying to be sneaky about anything. I was unaware that I should post information removal requests here first. Is it necessary to have that negative information about our company in this Wikipedia page? It was 5 years ago (before I even worked here) and the problem has been corrected. Hello... permission does not need to be granted for legitimate edits to Wikipedia, but the removal of blocks of text with out an edit summary do tend to draw the scrutiny of other editors. The referenced news item appears to me to be notable and written with a balanced neutral point of view. Based on how long ago the issue occurred and the current length of the article as a whole, I personally would not object to it being abridged somewhat. Even better would be to expand the rest of the article though. ;) Take care! 72.131.44.247 00:43, 22 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Edits by Employee[edit]

I am reviewing the article after an employee removed large parts of the article for accuracy in both versions. I invite others users to review as well. --Berto04 16:45, 30 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

After reviewing the edits and the sources for the article, I believe the user was justified in most of his edits. As a result, I made a few changes to the text and moved the citations inline via refs.
While parts of the article were valid and removed, the article began to get off topic with the inclusion of lawsuits against Voting Technologies (VTI) and problems with Newton Health. If these are to be discussed, they should be in an article about the founder of AtomicPark.com. --Berto04 18:08, 30 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Edits were made stating that wage claims to former employees have been paid. This is untrue. Per the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, there are several wage claims open, pending and approaching past due status as of June 12, 2007. Some of these claims are for bounced paychecks and hours worked back to February 2007. Kendra Newton 18:31, 12 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
In re-reading the history on this entry, I note that Anthony Boldin (owner of the company) appears to be deleting accurate contributions and dismissing factual content as the work of "someone disgruntled." However, this factual content can easily be verified through public records and media outlets. Future reviewers of this entry should be cautious to approve Boldin's revisions about his own company. We must strive to preserve objectivity and accuracy and prevent these unethical tactics from affecting Wikipedia's integrity. Kendra Newton 18:40, 12 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
