literacy[edit]

In the demographics section, I cannot make sense of the literacy statistics. There is a citation, however the link does not seem to lead to anything useful. Can someone find a source for literacy rates and correct this section? Fildon (talk) 13:52, 8 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
