unfortunately it was Polge who discovered it and done experiments[edit]

Smith was only working in Parkes lab together with Polge and after only unsuccessful attempts to repeat experiment, they finally analyzed the left-over solution and found it containing glycerol and albumin, not accidentally spilling — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.140.159.110 (talk) 16:12, 21 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
