Restructure of table in Obstacles by episode section[edit]

I've broken the table in this section into two - one for the heats and one for the finals. Two reasons I have done this:

1. the single table as it existed was too wide and

2. the semi finals and finals tend to have more stages (and thus rows) than the heats

At the moment the second table (semi-finals and finals stages 1 & 2) is just the headings. But once we get to those episodes we can start filling in the rows underneath.
