Quality of Korean cars[edit]

In this article, it states that Korean cars are "not known for quality". Although that it is true that Korean carswere pretty crappy in the 70's, this is no longerthe case. The latest Korean cars are exceeding most American car companies for quality today, and have started to match, and even bypass Japanese auto makers in terms of quality. I suggest that this article be revised, or updated. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.27.49.57 (talk) 00:07, 16 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Try telling that to most of the people I know who have owned Kia Prides. I have friends who have replaced upto 4 engines in a less then 10 year old car. 210.1.223.204 (talk) 16:11, 5 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Renaming[edit]

I propose renaming this article "Automobile industry in South Korea". --Hartz (talk) 09:46, 21 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Seconded. What happened to all the info on wiki about the Norh Korean cars? Seems to have just dissapeared. 210.1.223.204 (talk) 16:11, 5 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
