Scope of the ART's mandate[edit]

Except that it hasn't really happened yet, and I'm not sure that this is the correct name. The editor who made this article jumped the gun, as there is no provincial legislation making the changes and creating the agency. Secondarywaltz (talk) 14:03, 11 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
