black?[edit]

There are 65 instances of the word "Black" (some in context of "Black Panther"). Perhaps there is just too much racism in the article? Why so much focus on race? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.57.55.50 (talk) 00:54, 15 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

raised by her stepfather[edit]

i.e. she will not have had her stepfather's name at birth. Which was it? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2001:16B8:C15F:4400:832:AE13:8046:8428 (talk) 23:55, 11 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Has she received death threats? I believe you, but I also think it might make the article sound like a resume.--Jacobin 357 (talk) 19:42, 7 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Too long, meandering, self-promoting[edit]

This article seems to just be an extended diatribe about the supposed strengths of this individual to the point of advertisement. I’m not sure how many times it is necessary to say she focuses on black women and racisms. Overall this needs a trimming, especially since she’s such a minor and recent figure with not much relevant work. Wordbearer88 (talk) 04:56, 13 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
