A World of My OwnAWOMO — The company is actually referred to as AWOMO, not as "A World Of My Own". I think it used to be called that, but it has since changed. I don't know how to move this myself because a redirect already exists and is called AWOMO. --Thekmc (talk) 18:55, 5 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support - the spelled out name does not appear on the website any more.  — Amakuru (talk) 19:50, 5 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support Awomo, Oppose AWOMO It does appear that A World of My Own is no longer used. However, using an all caps name leads people to believe it's an acronym in use whereas it appears that it's being used as a word in onto itself.--Labattblueboy (talk) 12:42, 11 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment On the website awomo.com, they refer to themselves as AWOMO, not Awomo. I believe that we should be using it how it is used on their website. --Thekmc (talk) 18:08, 12 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
    • How they brand themselves is entirely irrelevant. It appears to be written to be pronounced as a single word not as 5 separate ones. Wikipedia rarely respects name styling, see MOS:TM.--Labattblueboy (talk) 19:39, 12 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Sorry. I guess I should look into these things before I make comments. --Thekmc (talk) 22:55, 12 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Closing It looks like this should be moved to Awomo. I think I'll going to go ahead and do that. --Thekmc (talk) 23:15, 12 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Origins[edit]

Awomo originally started with the idea of placing the games within a "Second Life" style infostructure (I was a beta tester of it, to be honest it sucked) - Just in case anyone wants do dig deeper into that, since I CBA.
