Does this page need to exist or can it be merged with Darweesh v. Trump? Odds are one circuit court or the supreme court will have a final say on this court case. GeekInParadise (talk) 09:01, 29 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

For now it seems notable enough. One point to mention is that in this lawsuit, Trump has ordered Customs and Border Agents to violate a Federal Court Order, which is somewhat notable for this particular case. See recent additions. Octoberwoodland (talk) 23:27, 29 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
We can always merge it into a broader page if another case becomes the lead case. Neutralitytalk 23:43, 29 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Whatever you think. For now it appears that the attorneys are preparing to file a motion for an Order to show cause and to compel in preparation for formal contempt proceedings against Trump. Octoberwoodland (talk) 23:47, 29 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
