Argument for 1:

• Google returns a few more hits for the first (incorrect IMO) spelling [1]than the second [2] . However some of the same sources, such as www.ynet.co.il have articles with each of the two spellings. [3] and [4]

Arguments for 2:

• 2 is a more accurate transliteration of نصار into Hebrew
• The Hebrew Wikipedia article uses the second (correct IMO) spelling
