Why would it be retired? The SDB is only 250 lb whereas the 109 is 2000 lbs. They are meant for different applications. Lamjus 08:22, 28 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The SDB is going to be used for very specific purposes. SDB and BLU-109 are like apples and oranges.

This article is extremely incomplete, in structure and content. It needs references, sources and citations; so it can be expanded into a reasonable article.
