Information about road being completely finished[edit]

Hi. I'm revising the information saying that the road was completely paved by the current president of Brazil. This information seems to be distorted from what the sources say (they mention the roadworks were only until a certain point along its extension). There's also a small part of the road between the cities of Santarém and Rurópolis, in the same state, and nearby to where the roadworks were done, that still is not paved; aswell as a somewhat long stretch on the other side of the Amazon River that is not paved at all.
