Ambiguous wording[edit]

Near the end of the article: "The capital is now in the middle of a power struggle with insurgents forcing out Shi'ite residents in some areas of western Baghdad where they form a majority." The antecedent for the word "they" is ambiguous: are those areas of western Baghdad where the insurgents form a majority, or where the Shi'ites form a majority?
