According to 2002 census, is it 147,909 as written in the introduction or 184,900 as per infobox? --Ruziklan (talk) 13:52, 7 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
147,909 is the correct figure per the 2002 Census. I guess someone tried to update the population to most recent estimate (and 184,900 sounds about right), but didn't plug it into the right place nor provided the date of the estimate, making the figure pretty useless.
