This article contradicts itself. Which is correct?— Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.41.168.100 (talkcontribs) 23:50, February 19, 2006‎

Not sure what you mean --gilgongo (talk) 13:37, 4 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Back when this comment was made, the article said, "It became a best seller in the UK... The ballbarrow only had limited success..." I assume that's what they meant. - SummerPhD (talk) 14:58, 4 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Notability flag[edit]

I have removed the notability flag because ballbarrows are certainly notable in the UK and Europe, having been used extensively over the last 30 years (see also merger proposal, which notes this Talk:James_Dyson#Merger_proposal_2) . --gilgongo (talk) 13:37, 4 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The article is based on one very brief independent reliable source. The article, such as it is, needs additional independent sources. - SummerPhD (talk) 15:01, 4 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Agreed, but's that's a citation issue, not a notability one. --gilgongo (talk) 22:10, 6 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
The core of notability is "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject". One brief independent reliable source would seem to indicate a brief mention in Wheelbarrow#Variations, such as the material already there. The rest is promotional material from the company. - SummerPhD (talk) 22:57, 6 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The Ballbarrow was ..[edit]

Past tense is correct. Google today provided zero results.

The claims made in this article, and wheelbarrow variations, are, as stated, company propaganda. Ask anyone who has used one on muddy ground. AnnaComnemna (talk) 08:08, 16 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Wiki Illustration of BALL wheel[edit]

The illustration looks like a traditional wheel. If Dyson's ball was spherical, an illustration should show how it attaches to the hopper. 68.193.244.246 (talk) 19:42, 15 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
