Why so little content?

The Chinese version has way more details? (June 14th, 2017). 58.187.168.230 (talk) 10:37, 14 June 2017 (UTC)

Adding a table to the article.

I've been thinking about adding a table to the article, here's the draft.

A variant with a reverse inscription known as “Liang Ban” (两两) coins.

During the Qin dynasty all Ban Liang coins generally had a weight of 6 grams and were about 31.7 millimeters in diameters. But due to the Han dynasty government constantly changing weight standards for the coins many variants from that era exist.

Western Han dynasty variants include:

Type Weight (in grams) Diameter (in millimeters) Metal Emperor
8 Zhu Ban Liang (八銖半两) 4.8-5.3 26-30 Bronze Empress Lü
5 Part Ban Liang (五分半两) 1.5 20 Bronze Empress Lü
Snake eye Ban Liang (蛇目半两) 2.7 23.4 Bronze Empress Lü
4 Zhu Ban Liang (四銖半两) ≤3 23-25 Bronze Emperor Wen
4 Zhu Ban Liang (四銖半两) 3.5 23.5 Lead Emperor Wen

I've been working on it in Outlook Mail (so obviously it got deleted unrecoverably several times) and honestly I can't remember what valuable information was lost in earlier drafts chat looked more professional, I hope that this will come off as informative.

I've been looking for Qin variants but they're rarely in weight.

Possible reassessment from stub class.

As the article has now more content, and references (something it didn't had before). --1.55.196.75 (talk) 05:16, 15 June 2017 (UTC)

Ban Liang Qin variants.

Maybe there should be more information 🛈 on pre-Han variants as well. --1.55.196.75 (talk) 04:07, 16 June 2017 (UTC)
