Rewording[edit]

Could someone who knows what they're on about check that my latest edit is not entirely incorrect!? Thanks. Martin (Smith609 – Talk) 10:20, 27 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

More requested checking[edit]

Could someone who is more knowledgeable than I am about this, see if my rewriting has warped the meaning here? I felt compelled to rewrite this stub, as it was previously almost impossible to understand and the info was not presented logically. However, I am more of a zoologist than a botanist, and I am certainly not an expert on nomenclature rules either way. Please, if anyone adds to this article or changes it, can they try as hard as they can to make sure that the meaning is crystal clear, even to a non-specialist? For a general encyclopedia like Wikipedia, the intro sentences in an article need be intelligible to almost anyone who happens upon the page.
