There reads: "If the host country fails to enter the team within the ranking list, the number of teams qualified through the regular process shall be increased accordingly."
What does that mean? The current ranking has France as #6 on the list. The qualification date is November 2023, and France apparently had not "entered" a team by then? 109.240.21.250 (talk) 15:53, 31 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
