Is the topic not worth it ?[edit]

JFW | T@lk 17:06, 24 July 2008 (UTC):It probably makes more sense for the content of basophil activation to be merged with basophil granulocyte.[reply]

men | T@lk 17:16, 24 July 2008 (UTC):i think merging basophil activation with basophil granulocyte is a good idea, but the complexity of the basophil activation (Iknow its not much yet, but i use wiki for about 3 hours :) deserves an own topic/site. The test method will be related to exactly that background and in the next years it will become very popular, so i see a good article combinding the background and the test. There is no common name for this method yet, althougth it is performed more and more. what do you think ? can u plz answer on discussion page of the article ?[reply]

JFW | T@lk 17:51, 24 July 2008 (UTC):If the test is not being used today, I would not mention it in allergy. That would be premature.[reply]

men | T@lk 17:20, 24 July 2008 (UTC):you are totaly right. Its not used as an alternative yet, but the main idea works, as scientist want it to work. Its to early to dicribe the hole thing in your article, but u could link my article at the allergie test methods ...[reply]

is this right ?[edit]

men | T@lk 22:09, 24 July 2008 (UTC): I am wondering right now if this is right how i explained it. Is the IgE already bound on the FCreceptor when the allergen binds to the IgE or bind the IgE the allergen first and then attach to the Fc receptor .......... hmmm i think i have to draw a new picture what do you think ?[reply]

men | T@lk 22:55, 24 July 2008 (UTC): ok, i edited the article because i think i was wrong, but i would like to know if aiam realy wrong. here are the two oportunities:[reply]
