It's great to see more coverage of African topics at Wikipedia. Full review forthcoming. buidhe (formerly Catrìona) 23:26, 2 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Prose comments[edit]

  • "Tanzania to the south"—state that it is a neighboring country
  • "The Tanzanians successfully occupied the area" remove "successfully", it comes off as POV
  • "The Tanzanians successfully occupied the area, killing hundreds of Libyans and ending their airlift in support of the Ugandan government. " You might consider rewording this sentence entirely: "The Tanzanians occupied the area, killed hundreds of Libyans, and ended the Libyan airlift in support of the Ugandan government."
  • "Tanzania blunted the assault" do you mean "Tanzania halted the assault"?
    • All done as recommended.

Source checks[edit]

  • I checked some of the online sources. The only issue I found was "as was a battery of Ugandan 122mm guns at Katabi Barracks". The article cited mentions both Katabi barraks and 122mm guns, but does not support this statement.
    • @Buidhe: Oops. Removed mention of the barracks. Thanks for taking up the review, I've responded to your comments. -Indy beetle (talk) 07:35, 3 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
