Hmmm... I'm not sure if this is even verifiable anymore. The first link has disappeared forever... I found this which mentions a similar-sounding battle, but happening in 1869. The "Arrow Creek" name, if I remember correctly, came from the first link, which was pretty comprehensive, I think - but now that it's gone...
