Coupla questions: 1) Does this building still exist, or is this now a vacant lot? 2) Is this notable enough to warrant an article? If so, why? 3) If it is notable, should it be called Hampton Park Apartments, with a redirect from Bayview Ghost? 4) To me, it sounds like the interesting and potentially notable part of this story is the "error" in issuing the building permit - how did that occur, did the town compensate the development company at all for mistakenly allowing them to waste a bunch of money? Answers: (1) Building has been torn down and the site redeveloped. (2) Notability is dubious, IMO. (3) I sure never knew the real name - I think Bayview Ghost is the better title. (4) Don't know. PKT(alk) 20:51, 24 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Further thoughts: I would like to see this page remain. For one thing I have a pointer to it from my web site which is about my Toronto band named after this building. More importantly though, this is an interesting bit of Toronto history that should be remembered. It is hard to find anything on the web about it other than this. For this reason I also ask that it not be merged into Governor's Bridge, Toronto. It deserves its own place in history. DruidZ (talk) 17:29, 24 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
