... that Yoko Ono's song "Beautiful Boys" incorporates sound effects from the first Star Wars film? Sharp: "Jack had the idea that we'd use the sound effects from a Star Wars battle scene going through the bridge of the song...So we had a video machine and transferred the Star Wars audio onto tape...When we finally had it working and we played it for Yoko she didn't like it...We did use the battle sounds very low in the mix but without gating them to the toms."

The source of the hook is Ken Sharp's book Starting Over: The Making of John Lennon and Yoko Ono's Double Fantasy and the quote on which the hook is based is attributed to Jon Smith, who was a recording engineer for the Double Fantasy album.
