Spelling of the name: Beinn Challuim or Ben Challum[edit]

Walkhighlands gives the spelling Challum. Could there be a mistake here? Michael Glass (talk) 12:48, 26 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

We've gone with the Ordanance Survey's current naming. See Overview (first paragraph) for name history and explanation. However, "The Munros" and "The Southern Highlands" books both use Beinn Challum while "Hamish's Mountain Walk" uses Beinn Chaluim, with one "L", so I'm not sure. Confusing, isn't it? Perhaps it's best to follow the Ordnance Survey and leave it as it is. Michael Glass (talk) 10:50, 2 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
