Request No. 1, the image: the image relates the the section of International Military Tribunal of the Far East. If you provide an image that complies with WP:IUP and relates to the section, then we may accept it.
Request No. 2, Death by plane crash: Unfortunately, if a reliable source cannot be provided, then we cannot let it be in the article.
