I'm used to B/C ratios where 1 = parity between options, numbers < 1 are worse, and numbers over 1 are better. The Roadside Safety Analysis Program does not give straight CBRs. Instead it compares alternatives in such a way that negative numbers are worse, 0 = parity and positive numbers are better. Any idea what equation they use?
