what happened in his life after this? Kingturtle 04:57, 30 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I second this question - any idea on where he is currently? Or maybe what he is currently doing (if not retired or passed on)? He is currently listed as people possibly alive; does anyone have any information to update this page?
He is currently retired and living in Miami, FL. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Cosmopolitan222 (talkcontribs) 02:21, 27 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Barker was a paid CIA agent at the time of the break-in[edit]

"Barker was a paid CIA agent at the time of the break-in." He had previously been on the CIA payroll. But the assertion that he was on it at the time of the break-in is to my understanding, a theory, not an established fact. Unless a reference can be furnished I believe that I will delete this sentence.

As well, though he was on the CIA payroll and participated in various CIA operations including the Bay of Pigs invasion, I do not believe that he was ever a "CIA agent" per se.

Need more references and citations[edit]

This article is fantastic. I think it is very clearly written. I think a few cites would nicely tighten it up. I will try to get around to adding some, but in the meantime, I have tagged it with refimprove and Citations missing. Ukulele 20:07, 22 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fantastic? Gee, I think this article should be erased and begun again. It has many inaccuracies and mistakes and is wrongly focused. I'd contribute but there is so much that is wrong with it that I don't know where to begin. If work slows down a bit I promise to give it a try. Editdroid 02:45, 25 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

CREEP?[edit]

The article mentions Committee to Re-Elect the President (CREEP) numerous times. All other Watergate related articles refer to this as CRP. I think there's some political tom-foolery going on. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 192.104.231.235 (talk) 19:46, 12 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

"CREEP" is how it was commonly pronounced and referred to at the time. Infrogmation (talk) 21:52, 12 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Citizenship[edit]

The Early Life paragraph both says he was born with dual-citizenship and later that he became a citizen.
